Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every estimate is free, on-site, and comes with a written quote. No obligation, no pressure. We inspect the area, explain what we find, and give you line-item pricing so you know exactly what you are paying for.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects are completed in one to three days depending on the scope. Mold remediation with testing may take a few extra days for lab results. We give you a clear timeline during the estimate so there are no surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Green Attic LLC is a licensed Washington State home performance contractor. Our license number is GREENAL785CS. We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every project is completed by our own crew with direct oversight from the owner. This is how we maintain quality and accountability on every job.
Can you combine multiple services into one project?
Yes. Many homeowners need more than one service -for example, rodent proofing plus attic cleanup plus new insulation. We coordinate everything under one scope of work so you deal with one crew and one schedule.
